The attempt brings together more than 5,000 students from across Hyderabad, performing a single 15-minute Tollywood routine simultaneously.

A child who has stood in a formation of five thousand and held their count carries something afterwards that a classroom cannot hand them. That is the actual product here — the record is what makes it unforgettable.

Before the day
Students don't need
Our instructors come to your campus for seven to ten days and teach the routine from zero, on a schedule built around your timetable rather than against it.

11:30 – 12:15
Move to your area
Each school is walked to its marked section behind a coloured flag marker along barricaded routes, then placed row by row in final positions.
12:15 – 12:45
Line-up & warm-up
A trainer is assigned per row block. Warm-up is led from the main stage with sub-stage trainers mirroring, so the back rows read the same counts as the front.
12:45 – 13:10
Welcome & trial sync
Anchors open the programme and brief the ground on the attempt. A one-minute trial run confirms every part of the ground is hearing the track and reading the stage.
13:10 – 13:30
Chief guest arrival
Invited dignitaries are received and escorted to the guest enclosure. Students hold formation throughout — no movement, no regrouping.
13:30 – 13:45
Countdown, entry music, and the full ground performs as one. Drone and ground cameras record continuously for the record submission. The routine closes on a freeze pose held for five seconds.
13:45 – 14:15
Record proceedings
Attendance records, participant documentation, photography and videography are completed with the adjudication process for the submission.
14:15 – 14:50
Refreshments, group by group
Snack boxes and water are distributed group by group so no school has to move through another. Teachers and volunteers keep each school together.
14:50 – 16:00
Headcount & departure
Teachers complete a final headcount against their attendance list. Schools are called group by group, walked back along barricaded routes, and buses depart in a planned exit sequence.
Safety & event management
The part principals
A ground with thousands of children on it is a logistics problem before it is a performance. These arrangements are planned and staffed before the first bus is allowed in.
Doctors & ambulance on site
Certified doctors and a stationed ambulance for the full duration, with marked first-aid points reachable from anywhere on the ground.
Security & crowd management
Professional bouncers and a trained volunteer team manage barricaded entry, movement routes and exit, with police permission secured in advance.
Water & washrooms
Drinking-water stations positioned around the ground, plus mobile washrooms in addition to the venue's existing facilities.
Fire safety & clear routes
Fire-safety equipment on standby, marked entry and exit routes, and coordination points kept clear of student formations.
Bus-to-bus accountability
Students move school-wise, never individually. Headcount is taken before departure and every child boards the bus they arrived on.
Your teachers stay with your students
School coordinators remain with their own group the entire time. Our volunteers assist them — they do not replace them.
Every student arrives with their school and leaves with their school. Schools are called group by group for departure and volunteers walk each one to its own bus. Nothing about the day asks a child to find their own way anywhere.

Questions from schools
Do students need previous dance experience?
No. The routine is choreographed to be learnable from zero and taught in short sections over seven to ten days. Every student who attends the training sessions will be able to perform it.
Will this disturb our academic timetable?
The training schedule is fixed with your school, around your existing timetable. Most schools use their activity or games period. Students continue attending all regular classes through the training window.
How many students can we send?
There is no fixed minimum or maximum per school. Tell us your approximate number when you register so the ground team can plan space for you. The number can be adjusted until the final school list is locked.
Who supervises the students at the venue?
Your own teachers and coordinators, throughout. They travel with the group, stay with it on the ground, and complete the headcount before departure. Our volunteers assist with movement and positioning — they do not take over supervision.
What medical arrangements are in place?
Certified doctors and a stationed ambulance are on site for the full duration, with a marked first-aid point. Please inform your coordinator in advance about any student with a medical condition our team should know about.
Is transport to the venue included?
No — schools arrange their own buses. We allot your arrival slot and a reserved parking bay, and volunteers guide your buses in and out along a planned sequence.
How is the record attempt verified?
The performance is documented with aerial and ground-level video, participant attendance records and event photography. The official proceedings are completed on the ground immediately after the performance, with the relevant record authorities.
What happens if the event is postponed?
If the date changes for any reason, your coordinator informs your school directly and the training schedule is re-planned with you. Please confirm the postponement and refund terms in writing with our coordinator before making any payment.
